Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate access to AI agents, platform integrations, and features upon subscription, we have specific refund policies designed to be fair to both customers and our business operations.

2. Subscription Refund Terms

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This policy applies because:

  • You receive immediate access to all features upon payment
  • AI agents can be created and deployed immediately
  • Platform integrations are activated upon subscription
  • Usage tracking and analytics begin immediately

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

14-Day Refund Window

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

  • No more than 5 AI agents have been created
  • Total usage is less than 100 interactions
  • No platform integrations have been activated
  • No custom templates have been uploaded

After 14 Days: Annual subscriptions become non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

2.3 Enterprise Subscriptions

Custom Refund Terms

Enterprise subscriptions have custom refund terms as specified in your individual contract. Please refer to your signed agreement for specific refund policies.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Service Outages: Extended service disruptions (more than 24 hours) that significantly impact your business operations
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts due to our error
  • Technical Issues: Critical bugs or security vulnerabilities that prevent core functionality
  • Feature Removal: Removal of major features that were available at the time of purchase

Note: Each exceptional circumstance is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation and evidence may be required.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Overage charges for exceeding plan limits

  • AI agents will be deactivated but preserved for 30 days

  • You may re-subscribe at any time to restore full access
